WAW Wednesday ... "1.10.18 -- Mr. H was homebound until ..."

"The Word at Work is a ministry that mobilizes churches and individuals to answer God's call to minister to those in need," writes Rev. Tim Tam, Director of the Amarillo, Texas-based ministry. "Through our relationships, God reveals needs and opportunities for service. As we come along side the poor, new friendships develop and doors for ministry open. As we serve, God provides the resources to supply for the needs he reveals."

WAW Wednesday: "1.10.18 -- Mr. H was homebound until ..."

Friends,

Our friend is a client of Belize Hospice and Palliative Care (BHPCF). Through our partnership with BHPCF, Lakeside Presbyterian Church (MS) and First Presbyterian Church (Midland, TX), Mr. H's prayers for mobility and improvements in his home were answered. This not only opened up the world to our friend, but it made it possible for his caregiver to return to work, providing food and other necessities for their lives

Please keep BHPCF Founder and Executive Director Dr. Beatriz Thompson on your prayer list as she is on a much-deserved sabbatical. Long-term volunteer Susie Mauldin (Midland, TX) is leading the team at BHPCF in her absence -- another answer to prayer!

How might you be an answer to someone's prayer?
